The policies set forth herein are subject to change by Miami International Autodrome management at any time and for any reason, including the requirements of the event promoter or the nature of the event.
Accessible parking spots are available for those with a valid disabled persons parking placard and matching photo ID. Accessible spots will be located in Lot 44 and will be allocated on a first-come, first served basis.
Accessible shuttles will take guests to designated drop off locations nearest to ticket zones on campus. Shuttles back to Lot 44 will be available at the same drop-off locations.

Miami International Autodrome strives to present a safe, pleasant and family-friendly environment for every guest who visits Miami International Autodrome. To achieve this goal, the following policies have been established to promote the responsible use of alcohol.
Any guest who appears to be 30 years of age or younger will be required to provide appropriate proof of age with one of the following forms of identification:
- Valid United States Driver’s License
- Any valid US State or Federal Government issued ID
- Any Valid US Passport and/or Passport Card
- U.S. Military ID
Guests may not possess or purchase more than two (2) alcoholic beverages at a time. Alcohol sales will cease: (i) thirty 30 minutes before gates close: 7:30pm on Friday, May 5; 5:30pm on Saturday, May 6; and 6:30pm on Sunday, May 8 and (ii) ninety (90) minutes after gates close in the Paddock Club, Casa Tua, Palm Club, and 72 Club.
Alcohol of any kind may not be brought into or removed from Miami International Autodrome. Any guest who is determined to be deliberately concealing alcohol while entering Miami International Autodrome will not be permitted to enter the premises.
A person exhibiting visible signs of impairment will not be permitted into Miami International Autodrome. Any guest who exhibits behavior that distracts, inconveniences or otherwise interferes with another guest’s enjoyment of the event may be removed from Miami International Autodrome. Alcohol will not be served to any underage person or visibly impaired guest.
Alcohol beverage sales may be curtailed or prohibited at the discretion of management.
No animals, other than Service Animals for guests with disabilities, are permitted at the Miami International Autodrome. The ADA defines Service Animals to mean “dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities.” All other animals, including dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support, are prohibited. Service animals must be housebroken and, if the Service Animal needs to relieve itself during a visit, please take to an appropriate area outside and away from the walking paths. Guests are responsible for caring for their Service Animal for the entirety of their visit and must be under control at all times.
Complimentary hearing amplification devices are available and provided at all Guest Experience HQ locations. A photo ID or valid Driver’s License is required. Please see “Guest Experience Headquarters/Info Points”
ATMs are not available at the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, as cash is not accepted as a form of payment. Please see “Cash Conversion.”
Guest attire should not have foul, abusive messages or images on it. The clothing worn should also offer appropriate body coverage in accordance with the public nature of the events. Please also see “Code of Conduct” for more information.
Miami International Autodrome provides a free emergency road service to any guest experiencing car trouble in Miami International Autodrome parking lots up to 90 minutes after most events. Services include lockouts, jump starts, and changing a flat tire. For assistance, please contact the Guest Experience hotline: (305) 943-8000.
The F1 Miami Grand Prix and Hard Rock Stadium has instituted a safety policy for all patrons that will make the security process more efficient and effective. The F1 Miami Grand Prix and Hard Rock Stadium are committed to ensuring the guest experience is second to none, and the safety of our guests is essential.
For the safety and security of all those attending the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix, guests are encouraged to not bring any type of bags, but fans will be able to carry the following style and size bag, package, or container at stadium plaza areas, stadium gates, or when approaching queue lines of fans awaiting entry into the stadium:
Allowed:
+ Clear plastic bags that do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″
+ Small bags or fanny packs that do not exceed 4.5″ x 6.5″
+ Diaper bags are permitted, and subject to search.
+ Empty plastic or silicone drinking container up to 32 oz.
+ Empty Camelbak- type hydration pack with no pockets
Prohibited:
+ All purses or bags that exceed 12” x 6” x 12”
+ Non-clear bags that exceed 4.5” x 6.5”
Bag searches shall be conducted by Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix security staff utilizing X-Ray technology or searched by hand. All exterior and interior compartments of the bag shall be searched and cleared of any dangerous or prohibited items.
For bags that exceed the permissible size or otherwise compliant with this policy, guests have the option of returning the item to their vehicle or checking it at a Guest Experience Bag Check Location available near Entry gates 3, 5, 8, and 14. The fee for checking a bag will be payable by credit card only and will range from $21 to $42 depending upon bag size. There will be no exceptions. Bag check will close sixty (60) minutes after gates close. Guests are encouraged to retrieve their checked items immediately after exiting the campus. Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix and Miami International Autodrome shall not be responsible for items not retrieve within the prescribed time period each day.
Signs must be handheld, event-related, in good taste and cannot obstruct another guest’s view or any Miami International Autodrome signage, broadcast cameras or equipment.
Signs may not contain commercial messages, logos or political endorsements, or otherwise be inflammatory, indecent or derogatory, as determined by Miami International Autodrome.
Signs may not be hung off of, or attached to, structures, affixed to poles or sticks, or constructed of wood or metal material.
Miami International Autodrome reserves the right to confiscate signs that are in violation of Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix policy.
This policy may be modified for specific events with or without notice.
Binoculars are permitted to be carried into Miami International Autodrome. Cases are only permitted if it fits within the event day’s bag policy guidelines. If permitted, the case is subject to inspection.
Empty reusable plastic, silicone, and soft-sided drinking containers 32 oz. or less in size and empty hydration packs (e.g., Camelbaks) without pockets are permitted.
Any guest deliberately concealing alcohol which is found during the security screening process may be prohibited from entering Miami International Autodrome. Any guest found to be consuming from or in possession of a prohibited container inside of Miami International Autodrome may be subject to ejection.
If a guest has a special need that requires a specific type of drink, please see the nearest gate supervisor.

Coming from Orlando, West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, or Miami areas? Take Brightline to and from the Miami International Autodrome.
GETTING TO THE MIAMI INTERNATIONAL AUTODROME:
Ride Brightline to the Aventura Station. A complimentary shuttle service will take you to the Miami International Autodrome. Shuttles will depart 10 minutes after the arrival of each train.
LEAVING THE MIAMI INTERNATIONAL AUTODROME:
To board the shuttle back to the Aventura Station, please follow signs for Brightline Shuttles, which will be located at Lot 16 on the South side of the Miami International Autodrome.
Broadcast information for an event conducted at Miami International Autodrome is available at any Guest Experience Headquarters/Info Point location.

Point-and-shoot cameras and cameras with consumer-grade detachable lenses will be allowed in order for guests to take photos, provided that they are only for personal and private non-commercial purposes. However, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, audio recording devices, and video cameras will not be permitted inside Miami International Autodrome. Cameras may be subject to additional screening.
No camping, overnight parking, or tailgating is permitted.
Food in a clear plastic bag for guests with special medical or dietary needs only is permitted.
Empty plastic or silicone drinking container up to 32 oz. or less in size and empty hydration packs without pockets are permitted.
Hand-carried jackets, blankets, or other items will be patted down or searched.
All bags and other permissible items will be subject to multiple screenings prior to entering Miami International Autodrome.

Cash is not accepted as a form of payment at the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix. This includes parking gates, box office, concessions, and retail locations. Cash can be converted into pre-paid VISA gift cards at any Guest Experience Headquarters location.
Guests may carry in and use cellular telephones as long as they do not distract from other guests’ enjoyment of the event. Guests may be asked to power on their cell phones during the security screening at the gates.

All guests must have a ticket to enter Miami International Autodrome, except that, children that are under the age of two years and/or up to 34″ inches in height may enter Miami International Autodrome free of charge, but must share a seat with an accompanying ticketed adult.
Guests may access closed captioning on their mobile devices using CaptionCast, https://captioncast.eegicap.com/. A window will prompt the users for the Event ID which is hardrockstadium. The Event ID is case sensitive and therefore must be entered in as developed. CaptionCast can be accessed from a browser or on mobile.
FOR THE ENJOYMENT AND SAFETY OF ALL, THE FOLLOWING BEHAVIORS ARE PROHIBITED IN AND AROUND THE MIAMI INTERNATIONAL AUTODROME:
+ Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature
+ Intoxication or other signs of alcohol or substance impairment that results in irresponsible behavior
+ Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures
+ Interference with the progress of the race (including throwing objects onto the track)
+ Failing to follow instructions of law enforcement, guest experience, and security personnel
+ Verbal or physical harassment of opposing team fans
+ Unreasonably obstructing the view of other patrons
+ Offensive language or obscene gestures, including the use of such language or gestures concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, creed, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression or national origin; or instigating, inciting or encouraging a confrontation or physical assault
+ Smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes
+ Unauthorized advertising or other commercial or political activities
+ Failure to comply with Miami International Autodrome policies
ON EVENT DAYS, ALL GUESTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO REPORT ANY VIOLATION OF THIS CODE OF CONDUCT.
You can report such incidents by informing an usher, police officer, or any member of the Miami International Autodrome Guest Experience Staff. In addition, you can discreetly report unruly fans by texting the issue and location to (305) 623-6400 from any compatible mobile device (standard text messaging fees may apply), and the information will be relayed to event security.
Any member or guest who violates this Code of Conduct, any other policy or applicable law may be subject to ejection, ticket revocation, prohibition from attending future events and/or possible arrest.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and its variants exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely dangerous disease that can lead to severe illness and death. While people of all ages and health conditions have been adversely affected by COVID-19, certain people have been identified by public health authorities as having greater risk based on age and/or underlying medical conditions.
No precautions can completely eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19. By entering the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix and Miami International Autodrome grounds, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and its variants.
The use of any unmanned aircraft systems, radio-controlled model aircraft, and other devices that can be operated in airspace (i.e., drones) on Miami International Autodrome property, including parking lots, is expressly prohibited. Violators will be subject to prosecution.
Guests who would like to be dropped off by a personal or chartered vehicle should be dropped at an off-site rideshare lot and take a free shuttle to Miami International Autodrome.
If guests need to be picked up by a personal or chartered vehicle, they should plan to take a free shuttle to an off-site rideshare lot and be picked up from there.
Shuttle pickup points are located at Gates 3, 5, 13, and 14B, and Lot 16. Shuttle destinations vary by pickup point. See “Rideshare Pick-Up & Drop-Off.”

The Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix is committed to creating a safe family-oriented atmosphere. The Guest Code of Conduct is designed to set clear expectations and encourage a Race Day environment that is enjoyable for all fans. The code of conduct is intended to address behavior that detracts from the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix experience. Unruly behavior will not be tolerated and, in some cases, may be deemed grounds for dismissal from the venue. Any fan in violation of the code of conduct policy will be subject to ejection without refund and possible loss of ticket privileges for future events.
Patrons attending the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons occupying their seats. Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix staff will promptly intervene to support an environment where event patrons, their guests, and other fans can enjoy the event free from the unruly behavior. Event patrons and guests who violate these provisions will be subject to ejection.
When attending the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, you are required to refrain from the following behaviors:
+ Intoxication or other signs of alcohol impairment that results in irresponsible behavior.
+ Underage drinking
+ Actions that are harmful to or endanger others
+ Throwing items of any kind
+ Using foul or abusive language and/or gestures
+ Displaying inconsiderate behavior towards others
+ Disorderly conduct
+ Wearing obscene or indecent clothing
+ Smoking in non-designated areas
+ Sitting or standing in the aisle ways
+ Entering or attempting to enter a restricted area or the racetrack.
+ Failure to follow instructions of Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix security personnel
+ Entering the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix venue with any prohibited items
+ Harassment of opposing fans
Within the Hard Rock Stadium zone, elevators are available to move in between the levels and viewing areas and all circuit bridge crossings have accessible elevator lifts. The road bridges (NW 199th St. and Turnpike Access) have ramp access only.
If immediate assistance is required, please notify the nearest event staff member, security personnel, concierge staff member or police officer. Guests are encouraged to report issues and concerns to a nearby event staff member, or by calling the Guest Experience hotline: (305) 943-8000. In the event of a serious emergency, event staff, event security, and police are ready and available to assist guests, including guests with disabilities. Important information regarding the emergency situation and evacuation procedures will be provided over the public address system and on Miami International Autodrome video boards and scoreboards.
Weapons of any kind, including but not limited to guns, ammunition, knives, pepper spray, handcuffs and nightsticks are strictly prohibited.
From time to time, the use of pyrotechnics may be part of events presented at Miami International Autodrome. The use of fireworks, flares, and any smoke making device by guests is strictly prohibited at Miami International Autodrome and in the parking lots. Guests found in possession of or using fireworks/pyrotechnics are subject to ejection from Miami International Autodrome or parking lots without refund, possible loss of tickets and may also be in violation of municipal law resulting in possible arrest and prosecution.

The security team shall make reasonable modifications to their policies and procedures to provide guests with disabilities equal access. Any guests with accessibility or medical exceptions will be directed to the screening lanes located on the edges of each entrance gate. These lanes are equipped with x-ray machines for screening of personal items, medical exception bags or other devices. Security supervisors will be available at these locations should an individual need a security check if they are not able to proceed through the metal detector.
Most dining locations, activations, and shopping locations are open to all ticketholders. Private areas will be noted by signage and staffed by Miami International Autodrome security/guest experience.
All ticketholders are welcome to stand and view on-track action from a number of general admission viewing areas across Miami International Autodrome.

Hard Rock Stadium is the first NFL stadium to earn Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC) Star accreditation. The gold standard of prepared facilities, GBAC Star provides third-party validation that Hard Rock Stadium is establishing and maintaining a thorough cleaning, disinfection, and infectious disease prevention program designed to minimize risk associated with infectious agents such as SARS-CoV-2 (responsible for COVID-19 disease) for employees, guests, the community, and the environment.
Guests in need of customer service, lost and found, lost child/person support, accessibility assistance, and other guest experience needs should visit a Guest Experience HQ. In the interest of athlete, staff, and guest safety, Miami International Autodrome maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding fan interference with racing action. Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate ejection from Miami International Autodrome, possible arrest and/or loss of tickets.

The Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix provides I.D. bracelets to children identifying their seat location to assist in reuniting them with their parents/guardians in the event they become separated. Guests interested in this service may visit any Guest Experience Headquarters/Info Point location.

When lightning is detected in close proximity of the Miami International Autodrome, the public address system will inform guests where to seek shelter. The event will be suspended if there is an imminent threat.
The Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix is not responsible for any items left anywhere at Miami International Autodrome. Any items found should be turned in to a Guest Experience Headquarters, located in each campus zone. On non-event days, please submit a lost event form online at https://hardrockstadium.com/lostandfound or call Miami International Autodrome at (305) 943-8000. Any item left unclaimed after 30 days will be disposed of or donated to a charitable organization.
Lost children and parents can be reunited by contacting any event team member or the nearest Guest Experience Headquarters. Parents who would like to participate in the free kids’ I.D. bracelet program which helps in reuniting lost children should visit the nearest Guest Experience Headquarters. If you see a cleanliness or maintenance issue, please bring it to the attention of any Guest Experience team member and the appropriate team member will be dispatched to handle the issue.

For the comfort of the guests around them and to maintain the integrity of the events, guests coming to the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix are asked to refrain from bringing any type of noisemaker or musical instrument into Miami International Autodrome. This includes air horns, vuvuzelas and any type of whistle.
Nursing mothers are welcome to breastfeed their child wherever they feel comfortable. Those who request a more private location in which to breastfeed or use a pump may use our Nursing Rooms which are private air-conditioned spaces for mothers that may need to nurse, pump or feed their babies during events. A Guest Experience team member will be staffed at the Nursing Room to ensure a comfortable and private experience. Access to the Nursing Room is first-come, first-served.

Please be attentive of P/A announcements on the campus. In the event of an emergency, instructions for guests will be transmitted over the P/A system and on video boards.
With premiere trackside viewing above the team garages, the Formula 1 Paddock Club is the pinnacle of Formula 1 hospitality. The newly minted Paddock Club building is connected to the North side of Hard Rock Stadium via 8 bridges.

Signs must be handheld, event-related, in good taste and cannot obstruct another guest’s view or any stadium signage, broadcast cameras or equipment.
Signs may not contain commercial messages, logos or political endorsements, or otherwise be inflammatory, indecent or derogatory, as determined by Hard Rock Stadium.
Signs may not be hung off of, or attached to, stadium structures, affixed to poles or sticks, or constructed of wood or metal material.
Event management reserves the right to confiscate signs that are in violation of stadium policy.

Guests may bring a small portable radio or television as long as they listen to the device with an earpiece and do not disturb other guests sitting nearby. They may be asked to power on the device during the security screening process.
Each ticket for the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix is a revocable license that only grants one-time entry into Miami International Autodrome and Stadium grounds and a seat or standing location (as specified on ticket), for the event with no right of re-entry.
The Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix encourages all guests to reduce, reuse and recycle. The recycling program at Miami International Autodrome includes recycling containers in all parking lots, all security checkpoint locations, as well as along all Miami International Autodrome concourses and in all hospitality areas. Please check the signage on the recycling containers to help our guests in recycling the proper items such as plastic, glass and aluminum.

Scalping of tickets and/or parking passes is not permitted on Miami International Autodrome property. Please report any potential scalping activity to the nearest Miami International Autodrome Security personnel.
To ensure the highest level of safety and security, all guests will be subject to a courteous screening upon entry by Miami International Autodrome Security which, on occasion, may include a pat-down screening by a same-gender team member. All bags and vehicles will be subject to inspection upon entry. Persons that refuse to be patted down and/or refuse to have their bags or vehicle inspected will not be admitted. By presenting your ticket or credential to Miami International Autodrome, you consent to such inspections and waive any and all related claims that you might have against Miami International Autodrome, the teams and promoters. Alcohol, weapons, or any items Miami International Autodrome deems dangerous will be confiscated. Illegal items will be turned over to law enforcement officers and may result in arrest and prosecution.
The Sensory Room, made by possible by The Dan Marino Foundation, is located at Section 153 and is a private air-conditioned room for guests with special needs (children or adults) to use as a quiet space. The space has a padded floor, padded wall-mounted equipment and other sensory supplies donated by The Dan Marino Foundation to help ensure a comfortable experience. The room contains a tablet to play music, along with several noise canceling headsets. Access to the Sensory Room may be limited given the circumstances (e.g., guests with extraordinary needs, demand, etc.) and will be managed by the Guest Experience team member assigned to the Sensory Room. Any children/wards using the Sensory Room MUST be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times. Please locate the nearest Guest Experience Headquarters representative to gain access to the sensory room.

Smoking and the use of electronic smoking devices (e.g., e-cigarettes, vaping) is prohibited in any enclosed or partially enclosed structure, including, but not limited to, Grandstands, Hard Rock Stadium, Hospitality Structures, and tents.

The distribution of banners, booklets, business cards, circulars, commercial advertising, flyers, folders, handbills, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, posters, stickers or any other written, printed and/or painted materials is prohibited on Miami International Autodrome premises, including within its parking lots without the explicit written permission of the event presenter. This includes any exchange of money while on the complex including the solicitation for donations to charities, teams or clubs and sale or peddling of any product/food/drink. Any guest who persists in soliciting while on Miami International Autodrome premises will be subject to ejection or, as necessary, arrest.
No strollers of any kind are permitted in Grandstands and may not be left unattended in Campus Pass areas of the Miami International Autodrome.
Tailgating is not permitted in any Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix parking lot.
Taxis are available outside of Gate 4 of the Miami International Autodrome on 199th Street following on-track activity at the Event and operate on a first come, first-served basis. Pricing of taxi services are at the jurisdiction of taxi providers and generally do accept credit card.
Fans are encouraged to report unruly fan behavior by contacting the nearest Miami International Autodrome personnel or by texting Command Post to advise of any issues in the parking lots, Miami International Autodrome concourses and seating areas that they may witness or experience. In addition, you can discreetly report unruly fans from your seat by texting the issue and location to (305) 623-6400 from any compatible mobile device (standard text messaging fees may apply), and the information will be relayed to event security.
Throwing of items, including balls, anywhere inside Miami International Autodrome by guests is expressly prohibited. Any guest who throws any item will be ejected from Miami International Autodrome and be subject to further action.

Promoter policies prohibit the recording of any live event at Miami International Autodrome. Any guest found to be recording any part of an event may be subject to ejection or arrest.
