Any rights, privileges, and/or benefits offered in connection with a Membership (including, but not limited to, the ability to make installment payments or otherwise enter into a payment plan) are subject to your timely completion of a Recurring Payment Agreement, which sets forth the Membership Terms & Conditions and authorizes South Florida Motorsports, LLC to charge the credit/debit card that you provide on file in accordance with the terms thereof. By proceeding with a purchase of tickets to the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix 2025, you hereby acknowledge and agree that, if you do not sign the Recurring Payment Agreement prior to your second payment deadline (or, in the event a “Pay-in-Full” option is selected, within thirty (30) days of your initial purchase of tickets to the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix 2025), you shall not be entitled to receive the rights, privileges, and/or benefits offered in connection with a Membership and the credit/debit card that you provide in connection with your purchase of tickets to the Formula 1 Crypto.com
