About the event
FORMULA 1® is the brand used to identify the most prestigious motor racing competition in the world and we are excited to return to Miami Gardens on May 5 -7 to bring you the FORMULA 1 CRYPTO.COM MIAMI GRAND PRIX 2023. We own extensive rights in and to the FORMULA 1® brand, including the right to commercially exploit it worldwide. This includes the trademarks and typefaces listed on this notice, with the exception of the FIA logo and the Crypto.com logo, which are owned by Federation Internationale de l’Automobile and Crypto.com respectively. We take the protection of our FORMULA 1® brands seriously and those listed here are registered in the USA and/or internationally. We will take all appropriate measures to enforce against unauthorized use. We offer our promoters, F1® event partners, global partners, suppliers and licensees the rights to use our trademarks and to associate themselves with our brand and event, and we take great care to protect the reputation of our brand by ensuring the proper use of our trademarks and intellectual property rights. Our trademarks and typefaces cannot be used by third parties without a specific license from us and we do not permit unauthorized association with our brand and event.
Please note that PADDOCK CLUB™ tickets and FORMULA 1® race tickets cannot be used for prizes in any contests or giveaways unless authorized by Formula 1® and the race promoter, South Florida Motorsports LLC, respectively. In addition, public screenings of the FORMULA 1 CRYPTO.COM MIAMI GRAND PRIX 2023 practice sessions, qualifying session and race are not permitted unless the correct license has been obtained from Formula 1®.
