BY COMPLETING AND SUBMITTING AN ENTRY FOR THE PROMOTION, EACH PARTICIPANT UNCONDITIONALLY ACCEPTS AND AGREES TO THESE FULL OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH FORM A CONTRACT BETWEEN EACH PARTICIPANT AND SPONSOR. The “Your Voice, Your Race” Survey Promotion described herein, including the prize drawings, shall be hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion.” The Promotion begins on December 4, 2023, at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 13, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”).

NO ENTRY FEE, PAYMENT, OR PROOF OF PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE ANY PARTICIPANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING. The Promotion is void outside of theUnited States, inPuerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other US territories and possessions. Participants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulation.

During the Promotion Period, a participant can enter the Promotion by completing the following steps:

a. Locate the Promotion’s advertising and navigate to thePromotion’s survey page found here.

b. Check the box for acknowledgement of theseFullOfficial Rules and use of the participant’s information by Sponsor for sales/marketing purposes.

c. Follow all instructions, including, entering participant’s full name (first and last) and email address.

d. Complete thePromotion’s survey by clicking “Submit”.

To enter the Promotion without completing the survey, contact Sponsor via email at gtillerson@f1miamigp.com using the following format for the subject of the email: “Your Voice, YourRace”Survey Promotion Entry – [Participant’s Full Name].

After the participant has completed the above steps, participant will automatically be entered into thePromotion and receive one (1) entry. Entries submitted in compliance with the foregoing and all other terms of these Full Official Rules shall be hereinafter referred to as“Entries” or, individually, an “Entry.” Limit one (1) Entry per participant during the Promotion Period. Any participant that submits more than one (1) Entry maybe disqualified and such additional entries will not be accepted. To be valid, the Entry must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. ET on December 13, 2023. Sponsor’s computer shall be the official time keeping mechanism for the Promotion. All times mentioned in these Full Official Rules are Eastern Time, unless expressly noted otherwise. A non-conforming and/or otherwise incomplete Promotion entry will not be accepted. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for incomplete, lost, stolen, late, misdirected, misplaced, mutilated, or garbled entries or communications, entries not received regardless of cause, or for technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, server, telephone, carrier service or equipment, infection by virus or bugs, or other failure. All Entries become the property of Sponsor.

Prize: A total of one (1) prize winner will be randomly selected. The prize winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix 2024 event (currently scheduled to be held fromMay 3, 2024, through May 5, 2024) located in the Marina Grandstand (or such other grandstand to be determined and communicated by Sponsor) (the “Prize”); provided, however, that such prize winner complies with these Full Official Rules at all times. The Prize is for the prize winner’s private use only and may not be sold, bartered, offered in connection with any sweepstakes, or for any other commercial purpose. All aspects of the Prize, including, but not limited to, the ticket locations, shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Prize: $2,000.00 USD

Prize-Related Costs/Expenses: The prize winner shall be solely responsible for any and all costs and expenses not specifically included in the Prizes as stated above, including, but not limited to, travel/transportation, luggage fees, lodging, meals/food and beverage, gratuities, parking, service charges, facility charges, surcharges, federal, state and local taxes, and any other unspecified costs and/or expenses in connection with the prize winner’s acceptance and/or use of the Prize. Any such costs and expenses may need to be prepaid, in part or in whole, prior to receipt of the Prize. Any applicable local, state and federal taxes are the responsibility of the prize winner.

Prize Notification: Odds of winning the Prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received as of the conclusion of the Promotion Period. The potential prize winner will be randomly selected on or aboutDecember 15, 2023, among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. All random selections shall be conducted by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final. The potential prize winner will be notified via email from Sponsor using the information provided by the potential prize winner at time of entry. If a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the first contact or attempted contact from Sponsor, that potential winner may be disqualified (and the Prize forfeited) and, in the event of disqualification, an alternate prize winner will be randomly selected.

Prize Claiming: To claim the Prize, the potential prize winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, pay (or prepay) any and all applicable taxes in advance as may be required by the InternalRevenue Code and applicableInternal Revenue Service(IRS)/Treasury regulations and/or opinions, sign a liability/publicity release, sign a promise to pay taxes, complete an IRSFormW9, and provide any other applicable documents requested by Sponsor (each of which may require a social security number and may need to be notarized). The prize winner will receive from Sponsor an IRS Form 1099-MISC at the end of the calendar year, and a copy of such form will also be filed with the IRS.At Sponsor’s discretion, the prize winner may be required to produce a government-issued identification, or some other form of proper identification, to claim the Prize. Failure to return or submit the information or documentation required by these Full Official Rules or otherwise requested by Sponsor within the time required by Sponsor, or to otherwise comply with any term or condition of these Full Official Rules, will result in disqualification, the forfeiture of the Prize, and the award of the Prize to an alternate prize winner, if time permits. The Prize will be awarded as long as there is a sufficient number of eligible Entries and Sponsor is able to contact and award the Prize to a potential prize winners. Potential prize winners may waive their right to receive the Prize. Sponsor or its designees will issue the appropriate IRS paperwork to prize winners, as applicable.

The Prize is non-transferable, except in the sole discretion of Sponsor. No substitutions or cash awards allowed, except that the Prize is subject to availability and may be substituted for alternative prizes or prize components of equal or greater value in Sponsor’s sole discretion.All prizes are awarded “AS IS.” Sponsor does not make or offer any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied(including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose).There shall be no compensation or prize substitution if the prizewinner is unable or unwilling to accept the Prize for any reason of illness, family emergency, personal events, terrorism, labor strikes, weather, inability to take possession of thePrize for any reason, or other acts beyond Sponsor’s control.Use of the Prize is subject to, and shall at all times be governed by, the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to tickets for the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix 2024 event, including, but not limited to, the ticketback terms available at https://f1miamigp.com/general/ticketback-terms/. Ticket locations shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. The prize winner’s guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in his/her/their jurisdiction(s) of residence unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as the Prize will govern in the event of a cancellation due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Sponsor and its affiliated entities (including, but not limited to, South Florida Stadium LLC d/b/a Hard Rock Stadium)reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to the prizewinner and/or his/her guest(s)who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, in behavior intended to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person, or in any other way contrary to the Fan/Guest Code of Conduct. The Released Parties (as defined below) will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix 2024 event. In the event that the Formula1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix 2024 event does not take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption, or postponement, or for any reason beyond the control of Sponsor, no additional substitution or compensation will be provided.Tickets awarded as the Prize may not be sold, bartered, offered for resale, offered in connection with any sweepstakes, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever.Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize.

By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Full Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and irrevocably consent to Sponsor’s use of his/her names, biographical information, image, and likeness without limitation-in any media now in existence or hereafter devised-for advertising, publicity or other commercial purposes without further consideration, except where prohibited by law. As a condition of entering the Promotion, participant agrees that: (a) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, special or any other damages or attorney’s fees, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (b) all causes of action arising out of or relating to the Promotion, or the Prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form class action.  NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY, AS A CONDITION OF ENTERING THE PROMOTION, PARTICIPANT AGREES TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SOUTH FLORIDA MOTORSPORTS LLC, SFM EVENTS, LLC, SOUTH FLORIDA STADIUM LLC, MIAMI DOLPHINS, LTD., THE NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE, FORMULA ONE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP LIMITED, FORMULA ONE MARKETING LIMITED, THE FÉDÉRATION INTERNATIONALE DE L’AUTOMOBILE(COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) AND SUCH RELEASED PARTIES’ PARTNERS, PRINCIPALS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS, FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, AND LIABILITIES FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS AND PROPERTY, INCLUDING DEATH, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT AND WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES OR OTHERWISE, WHICH RELATES INANY WAY TO PARTICIPANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR ANY PORTION THEREOF, AS WELL AS THE ACCEPTANCE, USE/MISUSE OR POSSESSION OF THE PRIZE AND ANY PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITIES. EACH PARTICIPANT WAIVES ALL WARRANTIES,EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING,BUT NOT LIMITED TO,IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.The foregoing includes, without limitation, any claim for personal injury, property loss or damage, or death arising in any way in connection with thePromotion and/or acceptance or use of the Prize.

By entering, the participant grants full permission to Sponsor, its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns, and anyone authorized by any of them to use participant’s entry, name, identity, title, likeness, distinctive appearance, physical likeness, image, portrait, picture, photograph (whether still or moving), screen persona, voice, vocal style, statements, gesture, mannerism, personality, performance characteristic, biographical data, signature, and any other indicia or imitation of identity or likeness, in whole or in part, for purposes of advertising, publicity, and trade, in any medium, without further notice, approval, or compensation, unless prohibited by law. The participant consents, understands, and agrees that all entries in any and all media forms (including biographical data) will become the sole property of Sponsor and that Sponsor may use, exploit, copy, modify, adapt, edit, publish and display such entries in any form, manner, venue, media or technology now known or later developed for any and all purposes, including, without limitation, for purposes of trade, advertising, and promotion as Sponsor and its licensees or assignees determine, without further compensation, notification, or permission. The participant hereby acknowledges he/she does not reserve any rights in and to his/her entry and waives any moral rights that participant may have in the entry in favor of Sponsor.

By entering, the participant agrees, and consents to the receipt of, occasional surveys, special offers, additional information, and other correspondences and notifications regarding the Formula 1 Miami GrandPrix® via email communication, automated telephone call, and/or text message. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. Participant acknowledges and agrees that his/her information collected in connection with the Promotion (whether or not required), including, without limitation, mailing address, phone number, and/or email address, may be used by Sponsor in accordance with its privacy policy available at https://f1miamigp.com/privacy-policy/ (the “Privacy Policy”) and for purposes of administration of the Promotion. The participant may opt-out of receiving such communications asset forth in the Privacy Policy or as provided within any such marketing materials (e.g., using the “Unsubscribe” feature provided in the footer of Sponsor’s e-mails).

By participating in the Promotion, each participant represents and warrants the following:

a. Participant is providing only his/her personal information in his/her entry or entries to Sponsor or participant has the legal authority and express written consent of any identifiable persons appearing or referenced in his/her entry or entries toSponsor.

b. Participant’s entry or entries are appropriate for public viewing. Without limiting the foregoing, each entry or entries are not lewd, obscene, sexually explicit, pornographic, disparaging, defamatory, libelous, violate any laws, or otherwise contain content which Sponsor in its sole discretion decides is inappropriate or objectionable.

c. Participant’s entry or entries meets all of the requirements and terms set forth in these Full Official Rules to the fullest extent applicable for that Entry. Each participant here by acknowledges and agrees that any failure to complete any step outlined in, or to follow any of, these Full Official Rules may result in such participant’s disqualification.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of the Promotion as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event the Promotion is compromised by non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of thePromotion, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate thePromotion and award the Prize based on theEntries received before the termination date, or in such other manner as Sponsor sees fit in accordance with the spirit of these Full Official Rules. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address linked or otherwise connected to the account through which the Entry was made. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by the organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address. In the event of a dispute over who submitted an Entry, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify the Entry and, in the event of disqualification, randomly select an alternate prize winner. Any attempted form of entry other than as described herein is void. Entries made on another’s behalf by any individual or other entities, including, but not limited to, commercial sweepstakes/contest subscription notification and/or entering services, will be declared invalid and disqualified for the purposes of the Promotion.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Full Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any participant and Sponsor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of laws principles. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.

Open to legal residents of theUnited States (including Washington D.C., but excludingPuerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and other US territories and possessions) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry, except for all employees or agents of Sponsor, the Released Parties, each of the foregoing’s subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agencies, wholesale distributors, individual retail licensees, and members of their immediate families or households.Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulation. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Requests received ninety (90) days following that date or otherwise prohibited by applicable law may not be processed. Allow four (4) to six (6) weeks for delivery of winners list.

Any participant may request that Sponsor remove such participant’s name, address or other contact information from Sponsor’s promotion contact list by sending a written request for removal to South Florida Motorsports, LLC, Attn: “Your Voice, Your Race” Survey Promotion WinnersList c/o George Tillerson, 347 Don Shula Drive, Miami Gardens, Florida 33056.

Formula One World Championship Limited, Formula One Marketing Limited, Formula One Digital Media Limited, Formula One Management Limited, Formula One Hospitality and Event Services Limited,Formula Motorsport Limited, the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees (collectively, the “F1Entities”) will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in the Promotion or any Prize awarded. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, administered, produced, or offered by any of the F1 Entities.

The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including, without limitation, Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta” or “Facebook”), Instagram, Inc (“Instagram”), TikTok, Inc. (“TikTok”), Twitter, Inc. (“Twitter”). By entering, each participant confirms that he/she completely releases Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and any other social media platform utilized in the advertising or promotion of the Promotion, of any and all liability or responsibility and agree to terms and condition of use of each such social media platform(s).

If a participant opts to access the Promotion via his/her wireless mobile device, data and messaging rates may apply according to the terms and conditions of his/her service agreement with the applicable wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges as well as charges for wireless Internet access) and may appear on participant’s mobile phone bill or be deducted from participant’s prepaid account balance.
